James Bovard

    As a 30 year resident to Kingman, James not only grew up here and watched our community grow, but he and his wife Sarah also raise their two children here, Kaden (11) and Gabby (7). James entered into Real Estate as a Realtor in 2016 with the dream of building a better future for his Family. In 6 years, he has successfully bought and sold more than 150 investment properties and represented dozens more along the way of accomplishing their real estate needs.

Sarah Bovard

    Sarah Bovard was born and raised in Mohave County, AZ. She attended Kingman High School where she met her now husband James. They have two amazing children; Kaden and Gabrielle. Prior to entering real estate, Sarah worked in the banking industry as a personal banker helping people with their financial goals. After watching James succeed in real estate for the last 5 years, Sarah decided to switch gears and serve individuals with investing in real estate. Sarah and her family can be found living life outdoors. They love their RZR and going on rides, being in the mountains, playing sports with their kids, and spending time on the Colorado River! Sarah is passionate about people and serving and she is excited to help you with your real estate transaction!

Zach Keener

    Zach is our Marketing and Dispositions Manager with just over 3 years experience in real estate! Born and raised in Kingman, he started his real estate career as an agent working alongside the top producing team in Mohave County. Zach specializes in marketing and social media and is responsible for tasks involved with selling properties all across the state including showing homes, meeting with buyers, and in special cases assisting with remodeling properties. Zach is a force of determination in the workplace and uses his positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Zach is inspired daily by his wife and their son, and in his free time works on his passion for music by playing the drums!

Caitlin Mcdade

       Caitlin is a dedicated and experienced acquisitions agent who has called Kingman her home for over a decade. As a mother to two beautiful daughters, Annabeth and Charlotte, she understands the importance of providing a secure and stable environment for her family. Prior to her career in real estate, Caitlin worked in the insurance industry, where she honed her skills in helping others protect their assets. Her passion for helping others and putting their minds at ease is what drives her in her career. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found with them on Sunday afternoons. She is motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to providing her clients with the best possible service.

Wesley McMurtie

His journey in this field began when he and his wife relocated from Los Angeles to Kingman five years ago, ignited by a desire to make a positive impact. Drawn by the tight-knit Kingman community and its charming surroundings, Wesley quickly fell in love with the area's potential.

Fuelled by his enthusiasm, Wesley tirelessly works to identify and secure properties that align with his vision for Kingman's growth. His commitment deepened with the birth of his son in May 2022, as he became even more determined to create a safe and prosperous environment for the next generation. Parker Bullis

Parker Bullis is your expert acquisition agent at SJ Desert Properties. Justin's financial acumen is complemented by his proven track record in management, particularly highlighted by his successful time at the Kingman Windfarm. Here, Justin demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational skills, steering the project towards operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability. Justin spends most of his time with his family as he and his wife are raising their 3 children. You will often see them on the baseball or soccer field. As well, at any other community event as they love to support the community.
